Mainly Nostalgic ships gifts on the first working day of each week, meaning the person receiving the gift usually receives it early to mid week. The first gift sent out on a new order is sent on the first day of the following week, unless a later start date is specified.
If for some reason a gift is late or does not arrive, please call 027 488 9805 so we can remedy the issue immediately.
If for some reason your purchase arrives damaged, we will arrange for it to be shipped back to us at our cost. Once we have received the damaged gift we will send out a replacement.
If the purchase is unsuitable for some reason, you can contact us to arrange for it to be swapped for something more appropriate. This is managed on a case-by-case basis.
